Our aim as a “not for profit” service is to offer low fee counselling and psychotherapy to a professional standard, accessible to anyone over 18 living in London and South West Essex. Our direct service is from Dagenham and Ilford. We also work with associate counsellors and psychotherapists with individual practices to offer a local service to Central, South, East, North London, Romford and into Essex. At our Dagenham practice we offer a range of one day workshops focusing on individual issues including anxiety and anger management, relationship well being, bereavement. All enquiries and self referral welcomed. * We offer confidential one-to-one counselling, individual therapy and psychotherapy, both brief therapy and for open ended work, low fee counselling in Dagenham and psychotherapy in Ilford, with a range of approaches and for a broad range of issues. * Couples counselling and relationship counselling is offered by our Essex counselling service and with a counsellor in London.
