The approach is to offer space for personal exploration of the underlying feelings and causes for our actions while the counsellor refrains from judgement of those actions.

Our aim :- is to offer counselling, psychotherapy to all regardless of gender, age ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, ex-offender or refugee status


	The first step is to attend for an initial consultation, or assessment, face to face with a trained counsellor. Presently the fee for this is £35 to £50, thereafter fees are set according to your means, we endeavour to offer counselling help to all regardless of your finances or means.
