Fuller Description     Phoenix offers group therapy and individual counselling, also counselling to couples for effective treatment of stress. More and more clients are feeling stressed out and seeking treatment for work or personal excessive levels of stress, an anxiety management or stress management group or individual stress management counselling or therapy for stress or panic attacks, lacking esteem, where you feel overwhelmed by the everyday, not coping with work and family demands.

The approach is to offer space for personal exploration of the underlying feelings and causes for our actions while the counsellor refrains from judgement of those actions.

Also techniques and practical tools or resources for managing one’s stress are offered by the counsellor, counselling accessible to South London, Central, North, East London, Essex and Kent.

The first step is to attend for an initial consultation, or assessment, face to face with a trained counsellor. Presently the fee for this is £35 to £50, thereafter fees are set according to your means, we endeavour to offer counselling help to all regardless of your finances or means.
