Phoenix counselling service is committed to ongoing and continuing professional development, CPD, often by way of a seminar, for all its counsellors and psychotherapists, the counsellor and psychotherapist in independent practice. We offer a rolling programme of seminars to assist therapists, psychotherapists and counsellors. The themes for these are determined by our counsellor members. Usually each seminar is open to all and explores topical themes and useful technical areas of our craft. Recent topics of the seminar have been NLP, Risk Assessment, Working with Gender issues, Use of Creative Arts, Eating Disorders, Art Psychotherapy, working with anger.
