Case Study
Phoenix began as a bereavement service and an early client for our counselling in Walthamstow was a female of 80 years who had recently been bereaved. Attending our centre in Highams Park she saw a counsellor in Walthamstow for some 18 months enabling her to stay in her own home, surrounded by her familiar belongings and preventing the further loss of home and setting.
