Co-ordinator’s Report

	A big Thank You to all our associates, trainees, to Val Eggleton in the office and to Jacky Ross our Service Manager for the work achieved during the past year which is described in the figures enclosed but the “thank you” is most for the effort and commitment that supports this success. In times of great change and challenge this organisation is made up of each of us and made more positive by all of us. Presently there are two supervision groups for trainees, this has worked successfully over the past year and will continue to the next. Our main service offering counselling and psychotherapy has supported increasing provision of one day workshops and continued diversity, offering DNA testing.


	Client Feedback on our service 10/11

Fees for 2011

Fees for direct work presently see a small rise on levels for 2010 levels and usually range from £15 to £45 per session and the assessment session is £15 to £50. There will be a review of all fees in the coming months to keep in line with those set by counsellors and therapists in private practice.

Year on year Phoenix Counselling Service serves over 300 people by phone, face to face, individual therapy, couples work, group therapy, one day courses and workshops.

We continued to offer a no waiting policy for both assessment and ongoing work, offering clients who contacted an appointment within two or three days and that appointment being for within 7 to 10 days at most, sometimes even within 24 hours.
