A big Thank You to all our associates, trainees, to Val Eggleton in the office and to Jacky Ross our Service Manager for the work achieved during the past year which is described in the figures enclosed but the “thank you” is most for the effort and commitment that supports this success. As our seminar topic at this year’s AGM suggests this organisation is made up of each of us and made more positive by all of us.
Presently there are two supervision groups for trainees, this has worked successfully over the past year and will continue to the next.
We are proud that for the past three years there have been no fee increases and no decrease in the amount of work undertaken by this service. Well Done us all!

Fees for direct work presently are kept at 2009 levels and usually range from £10 to £40 per session and the assessment session is £15 to £50.

Year on year Phoenix Counselling Service serves over 300 people by phone, face to face, individual therapy, couples work, group therapy, one day courses and workshops.
We continued to offer a no waiting policy for both assessment and ongoing work, offering clients who contacted an appointment within two or three days and that appointment being for within 7 to 10 days at most, sometimes even within 24 hours.
You have the added confidence provided by our being British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited.
