2 Minutes of 2008 AGM agreed.
3 The meeting received the Co-ordinator’s Report and noted the Thanks expressed to all staff.
4 The meeting received the financial report / accounts and noted that as a “not for profit” social enterprise we are bound not to make a profit and are still working with a bank balance in credit.
5 The meeting agreed to Sam Russ & Diane Kidd jointly acting as trainee representatives for Steering Group Meetings.
6 The meeting elected Deborah Davies to the Steering Group as associate representative.
7 The meeting was followed by a debate focusing on the present initiative to improve assess to psychological therapies and which approaches are promoted, are represented by Phoenix therapists, work best.
8 Phoenix Counselling Service AGM closed at 9pm.
