In offering therapy our practitioners are working to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. We are a BACP accredited service with professional counsellors, some BACP accredited, others are UKCP registered. We serve patients and clients across Barking, Dagenham, Redbridge, all London and South Essex.

In accordance with the BACP ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy our professional counsellors are required to respect and maintain the client’s confidentiality at all times.

To establish your trust please be advised that year by year Phoenix Counselling Service offers confidential counselling London wide and served over 350 people by phone, face to face, individual therapy, couples work, group therapy, one day courses.

We continue to offer a no waiting policy for both assessment and ongoing work, offering clients who contacted an appointment within two or three days and that appointment being for within 7 to 10 days at most, sometimes even within 24 hours.

You have the added confidence provided by our being a BACP accredited service, British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy accredited.

Phoenix Counselling Service welcomes self referrals for counselling or from  trained counsellors, therapists, health professionals, solicitors and other mental health organisations. Our counsellor, therapist will offer confidential counselling, abiding by the BACP, framework for ethical good practice, to patients, clients seeking brief therapy or long term counselling, low cost therapy, counselling at home, counselling for anxiety, loss, anger, stress, relationship problems, low self esteem. Our service can be accessed from most areas of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, London, Essex. In these circumstances we are happy to see clients for individual therapy and group low cost counselling, for all issues and problems. Where we are unable to offer help we attempt to refer clients on to more specialist services and we have a full complaints procedure in place as a BACP accredited service
